How To Apply
With Anglicare you are at home.
At Anglicare our residential aged care facilities are our residents’ homes. As a result we do not offer room inspections until a place becomes available, to protect our residents’ privacy, peace and quiet.
If you wish to apply for admission please contact Residential Aged Care Admissions 8305 9279 or resiadmissions@anglicare-sa.org.au.
If you have already completed an application form for another not-for-profit residential aged care provider then we are happy to accept photocopies of these forms. If you are undertaking this process for the first time, you will need to complete the Anglicare forms that will be provided to you.

Important — keep in contact
Once your application for admission has been received you will be placed on our waiting list. Applicants will then be placed in accordance with assessment of care needs and availability.
It is important that you stay in touch with us on a monthly basis to let us know that you are still interested in placement. If we do not hear from you for an extended period of time then we will assume that you have successfully obtained a place with another provider.
