Anglicare SA has established four strategic directions which we are committed to achieving in our work with the South Australian community over the next five years: 2009–13.

The four strategic directions have been used to frame a range of future priorities across each of Anglicare’s five service portfolios:

• Economic participation
• Families
• Older people
• Vulnerable people and communities
• Housing

‘Think Tanks’ were established involving staff and Board members to identify opportunities to extend or improve our services in each of these core areas of business. The Think Tanks applied our strategic directions to establish more than 50 specific priorities for action which have been incorporated into Anglicare’s departmental business plans.
