Reconnect Playford is for people aged between 12 and 18 who are at risk of homelessness, or have left home within the past six weeks, and their families in the City of Playford council area.
It aims to improve the level of engagement between the young people with their family, work, education, training and the community.
Reconnect provides family counselling and mediation, outreach support for young people and their families, information on accommodation, education, training and income support for young people. The program also develops relationships with schools in the Playford region as a contact for early intervention.
Reconnect Playford can be accessed by young people in need of the service as well as referrals from other agencies. For further information call Anglicare’s Reconnect Program on 8209 5450.
